Build a little routine while away from your usual routines by becoming a temporary regular at a coffeeshop. We loved Kanso in Munich, where they do pourovers served in gorgeous ceramics out of a terrazzo lined storefront. Also, it gives you a nice place to return to if/when you come back.
An added rec is purchasing some beans to take home and asking the expert barista for the gram/water ratio and water temperature so you can recreate the experience at home.
