nothing says unemployed/freelance like going to the cinemas alone at midday during the week!!! this week myself and 3 old ladies saw pricilla together, all sitting in separate corners of the theatre 🥰
i was off and my brother was working from home so we went to see the phoenician scheme and we got this film strip to keep! watching a movie midday tuesday felt like micro dosing the best parts of unemployment.
Especially on days when there are only two other people in the room. Feels so calming and it's almost a private screening ✨ (can't review the movie I saw tonight, but the guys next to me laughed the whole time if that helps lol)
recently i’ve popping on cartoons on the tv as soon as I wake up to watch with my breakfast. last week it was powerpuff girls, this week scott pilgrim. cute and whimsy way to start the day :’)
