put an unreasonable amount of peanut butter on bread and eat the whole thing without drinking anything during it. you should have water readily available, but you should eat the whole thing without water so that the peanut butter kind of suffocates you. and then when you're done with the sandwich, you can finally drink a big gulp of water. there will be a moment when you think you may be choking, but rest assured the peanut butter will go down and then you will feel very accomplished at the end.
i do this maybe once a week, if im really in a dark place ill do it every day
