Go to le phin, from lucie, and niconeco zakkaya. Admire the aesthetics of all three. Buy a pandan latte, chocolate chip cookie, and a japanese pen, and people watch!

also taking the train to vincennes for a day and wandering is killer - and there’s more good coffee and pastry there too lol
in montréal. great café with good matcha and AMAZING banana bread. almond croissants are genuinely out of this world. decor is super cute and very convenient when staying at place d'armes
obviously not in a creepy way but once you start doing this you’ll actually recognize the same people if you’re in a walking neighborhood and it starts to really feel like a village!
Love recognizing an old coworker, your local tailor, or just nodding at your barista on the street :)
