just let yourself enjoy your body! there is so little time for that nowadays, where movement has become synonymous with working out. you can move and have fun without needing a goal or having a purpose. you dont have to be good at it, and its great practice to let go of your own internal judgements. i have a whole spotify playlist for this shit, yall. it's so fun.
