i cried soooooo hard throughout almost the entirety of this film not joking u have to prepare yourself other films i’d recommend that made me cry are: the iron claw portrait of a lady on fire brokeback mountain all of us strangers

Elif Batuman’s the idiot and its sequel either or

it’s funny, well written, easy to read, has got some romance, has got some self reflection. loved both books, couldn’t put them down

Giving gifts only when the gift is a home run

if you can’t think of something to gift someone that they may want/use, then you’re better off not giving them anything. no one wants more junk as a gift. flowers are also always nice cuz when they’re not nice anymore you can toss it and not feel guilt.
