I've been integrating stretching into my daily routine for a while... It's the first thing I do when I wake up, the last thing I do before going to sleep, and I usually stretch once or twice throughout the day because of how stiff I become bending over at my desk shrimp-style working from home. Sore AWAY!!!
did my first strength workout in months and woke up with such a delightful soreness in my muscles that was further made lovely by a 40 minute stretching and breath work session. can’t rec enough how happy my body feels to have gotten to move this way this morning.
Never watched it the first time around, now years later I get to see what all the fuss is about. I love live tweeting to a friend about a popular show or movie from years ago that I am watching for the first time as if it were brand new.
