I’ve done well in interviews by just focusing on how cool I think the subject is. Forget about making an impression - just ask honest questions, talk about the problems you like to work on, nerd out on the details with whoever you’re talking to.
or maybe Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes.
I saw hella movies in theaters last year on the AMC stubs membership but it was CGI monkeys carrying heavy emotions ftw
I recently watched The Monkey for free at Chicago's Music Box Theatre — and even stuck around for Perkin's Q&A session. I have to say, it was the best movie-going experience I've ever had. An organist played the score with diabolical cymbals in the background — come on! And the movie was hilarious and equal parts gory!
I’ve shown it to a dozen people as a perfect 24 minutes of comedy with at least 3 dramatic storylines embedded.
