take naps!! in the past, i used to feel guilty about napping, like there was always more to do. now i squeeze them in when I can. hell, i'll fall asleep anywhere.
people who are like “oh napping will mess up your sleep schedule” should STOP. blah blah blah. i’ll be taking my 26 minute naps and feeling amazing and refreshed while you drag through the day. i’m sorry i’m just a nap advocate
