Habitica is my fave. I use it every year or so when I feel like my life has fallen apart and I'm getting back on track. It's very user friendly, has an app and is also good on browser/computer, and is just sweet and simple. No ads (afaik) and a really sweet community. If you like silly little games where you can collect things (weapons, pets, mounts, outfits), it's great.
