for when you don’t want it hot but too impatient for overnight cold brew. it’s mellow, smooth and easy to drink. just plop 4-5 ice cubes in a tumbler and let your pourover do its thing. since the brew is more diluted here, i’d add a little more beans than usual. pour in your choice of milk/creamer and sip, no waiting around as it’s already instantly chilled.
i love iced coffee but i hate when the ice cubes water it down because the coffee is too hot. so i make the coffee the night before, put sugar in so it melts and let it sit in the fridge overnight. in the a.m. i get iced coffee. ft. what was a full coffee 30 minutes ago.
Add cold brew and minimize your watering down if you like to slow sip like me! Plus the flavor changes as you drink which is extremely fun. Ideally freeze for longer than this tho lol.
