fr though if you put just one of your eight daily working hours towards something personal, that's over 250 hours per year (the equivalent of 40 full-time hours for ~6 weeks). after a year your company won't even notice but YOU for sure will
I recently took on a design project for a friend who hired me for a project. I charged a nominal 10% of my usual rate (because they refused to let me do it for free) but I am working at 110% my usual level because I love them and they deserve my best work and I owe it to them (and myself) to give it my best shot.
I donβt know if you know this but itβs actually very cool to be very good at what you do, both professionally and recreationally. Do your best every time.
