lucius First, you’ll want to make sure the material is a color or pattern you like and that it’s stretchy. If it’s not stretchy, make sure to cut it long enough so that it fits around your head. To hide the raw hem, fold it and sew. A needle and some thread should suffice, a sewing machine is quicker if you have it. Also, if you don’t feel like sewing, carefully putting it around your head and securing it with a hair tie works great
Or other rags, not just tshirt. I find cutting it up soothing, and it’s pretty easy to work with for the most part. If you have clothes that are falling apart that can’t be fixed, this is a fun alternative.
if the Spanish language got one thing right, it’s inverted question/exclamation marks. ¡They are perfect and tell you what to expect from a sentence! I think all languages should adopt them.
I need to take my own advice… I will often meet people and the lovely things about them stick out to me — be it their laugh, the way they wear their hair, maybe a particular piece of clothing — and I really want to compliment them but the words are like peanut butter in my mouth and I can’t spit it out! I mean every now and again I remember a compliment I’ve gotten and am all 🤭 over it. I need to put that good energy back into the world!!!
