I find them so much easier to watch and equally as moving as live action television, with none of the second-hand embarrassment of perceiving other real people
Most forms of media are constant reminders of all the insane things going on. Shows with humans, both scripted and reality, can be almost too relatable for me. They’re either reminiscent of something I’m feeling, someone I know, or they make me think about the world around me. Sometimes I just need to giggle at cartoon animals participating in antics and hijinks. The Looney Tunes Show (2011 version) is such a lighthearted treat. I watched this show every day for a year, and I’ve purchased both seasons with pride. Daffy Duck really shines.
i dont mean bluey even tho bluey is peak TV. but animation is such a rich medium for any demographic and i deeply miss the college stoner era where the plan every night was to just put on something animated. current faves r common side effects (excellent tv show), fantastic planet (1973 sci fi), and great pretender (heist anime) and i am highly open to other suggestions
My favorite Thursday lunchtime read. You learn a little bit about the person looking to buy/rent a home, are given three properties they looked at, and then guess which they bought! I look forward to it every week.
