Excellent 1976 cinema verite style documentary capturing performances and musings from the likes of Townes Van Zandt, David Allan Coe, Guy Clark, Steve Earle, Steve Young, etc. whole thing is kind of a hangout vibe, essential viewing if youβre interested in outlaw country at all
This song puts me back on the Wellington bus where I had a two hour commute to and from work. I loved it, the view was incredible and I could dissociate for half the day. I was homesick and listening to an unbelievable amount of country music on those rides. The Mountain specifically grounded me like nothing else.
