it’s 2am and i’m taking a scroll through various social media apps to keep away the thoughts™ before falling asleep, and i come across that musical papaya paper towels ad or something
and i stop scrolling and watch/listen to it all the way through
and it feels like seeing one of those compilation album commercials on tv past midnight in the 90s that you’ve seen dozens or hundreds of times and the predictability and strange earnestness about it soothes and smoothes your brain ✨🧠✨
do any current online ads give y‘all this feeling? (also don’t get me wrong 99% of them suck and i hate ads in my feeds lol)
