i've had no-skip albums that i later realize i can do without one or two tracks but wdyeftv has been a classic for me since i was a teenager. a more recent one is i,i by bon iver.
its hard to choose any favorites out of la disputes discography but this is the first album of theirs i listened to, it has a special place in my heart
what an incredible way to write. makes you want to really run around! brilliant, active voice that surprises and specifies endlessly. some bits of dialogue were so funny and read so theatrically it made me jealous as a sore tooth!!
