Hotel Hell has been the new binge, but the new season of kitchen nightmares was fantastic too (all of those episodes are in NY & NJ) so that was relatable as an NY-born Jersey boy.
All these people on these shows have broken relationships & no fucking clue about operational efficiency or standards. Gordon is literally practicing Solution-based therapy with these people across all fronts and their lives get better.

Whenever I’m going thru an anxious spell or working on an album/preparing for a show.. I usually have 0 brain power left by the time I get home after a long day. My favorite escape is frying my brain with really bad *but amazing* reality tv. 90 day fiancé is my go-to but so many others get the job done.. married at first sight, the ultimatum, etc.

I love trashy reality tv and nothing hits like love is blind and love island for me. Already pretty caught up on love island so time for love is blind. In between the releases I’m all about gordon yelling.
