Hotel Hell has been the new binge, but the new season of kitchen nightmares was fantastic too (all of those episodes are in NY & NJ) so that was relatable as an NY-born Jersey boy. All these people on these shows have broken relationships & no fucking clue about operational efficiency or standards. Gordon is literally practicing Solution-based therapy with these people across all fronts and their lives get better.

Whenever I’m going thru an anxious spell or working on an album/preparing for a show.. I usually have 0 brain power left by the time I get home after a long day. My favorite escape is frying my brain with really bad *but amazing* reality tv. 90 day fiancé is my go-to but so many others get the job done.. married at first sight, the ultimatum, etc.
