Going for a walk somew new

I find that simply walking around an area I have never been before can help a surprising amount. It could be a hike / nature trail, or just a quiet residential area that has some interesting houses and natural environment.

Going for a walk to places you dont usually go to

Haven’t done this… more of a recommendation for myself… but i imagine it’ll be really nice to change my usual walking scenery and to possibly discover something new..

taking a different route

even if it means leaving the house a little earlier, take a different route than the usual one you take to where you’re going! whether you’re walking, biking, driving, taking the bus, etc, it‘s fun to expand your radius and see new things :) i took a different walking route to the park today and saw a tree with the leaves already changing color!!!!
