i don’t find plant based meat that convincing, but if you make smash burgers at home (especially oklahoma onion style), then impossible meat works great. my partner doesnt eat beef so this is perfect.
It’s fake meat but made from mushroom root fiber, not whatever Beyond Impossible stuff. Might not be what you’re looking for but I recommend it because I don’t think people know about it
