I just finished both seasons of Big Little Lies that I got through my public library and I’m going to try the earlier seasons of Fargo next. Sure, the library isn’t going to have everything, but enough to keep me entertained for a few months while my Hulu’s on pause.
This is how i watch shows as a kid. Full House, Friends, Seinfeld, Psych, Avatar, the library was the only way i could make sure I saw every episode haha
Just got my card in my new neighborhood and QPL is coming in clutch with DVDs of Sex Lies and Videotape and The Sure Thing, both recs from this app that I am stoked to watch
The Libby app get rec'd a lot on here (deserved), but this is a reminder that your library card also gets you access to streaming movies and tv. Excellent film selection. Whole stack I've been meaning to watch for a long time.
Since my partner is at uni I have access to the university dvd archives. watching films that aren’t available on streaming! And for free! And bonus features!! Yes please!!
It’s nice to be the one in the friend group who always has a game planned. I keep one deck in my purse and one on my car. Then have some quick games that are easy to teach. I suggest: Six Card Golf
Garbage
Bullshit
Presidents and Assholes
