nothing haunts you like the texts you don't answer. good communication can feel like a chore but maybe if we treat it more like a game it'll become easier.
sometimes you think you’re in a really bad mood, but then you have a glass of water and BAM! you see the glass half full (lol). my point is something as simple as having a glass of water, a snack or taking a shower can fix your mood almost ENTIRELY. it’s really amazing what the small things in life can do
