It is freezing in my house and nothing helps more than running a blowdryer inside my socks and putting them on.
Really helps me on those cold winter mornings.
You might think I’m crazy to be saying this in the winter, but yo. heating is so suffocating and dry and if you don’t have a humidifier because you’re a peasant like me clearly, crack that winter window and enjoy that cool breeze….. helps you sleep, makes you able to breathe…. Humans were not meant to stay cooped up in these brick and insulated houses. We are able to survive the coldest of colds. We’re hot blooded creatures and we need air.
