As one of the few from a cricket-playing nation, I have a responsibility to evangelise cricket in any new communities. Great game, can change on a dime, not slow. Not much in common with baseball.
Itโs a game designed around the idea of hanging out at the park with your friends and eating peanuts maybe having a beer. Huge Springtime vibe. Baseball is the good-patriotic, hope coded, kickback sport.
