I was solidly enticed by the perfect branding (it’s name means “Whim of the gods”) and it’s just so cute. But I was won over by it’s perfect texture. It’s like a mild Brie but creamier. I’m currently eating it on a bagel. It goes really well with chocolate.
my favourite cheese. it’s tangy & sweet & looks like a wrinkly little brain. mostly firm but has amazing oozy bits just beneath the rind. soooo delicious wrapped in a sage leaf & drizzled in honey <3333 or with some fresh fig!!!!
