write down the stupidest and most profound things you can think of right next to each other and make it messy. bring it to museums and jot down the names of the pieces that make you slow down your march through the building. never show another soul unless asked very nicely.

sometimes i don’t wanna carry a book if i don’t wanna be carrying too much, but i still want to have something with me that can stimulate my brain that isn’t my phone. and you don’t even have to always be writing in it – you can draw, read what it is you’ve written so far, or even use it as a little scrapbook to collect the day’s memories! and for some extra fun, you should decorate your notebook with whatever feels good to you, like stickers, markers, pastels, a little collage… anything!
