Standing desks
not to go full Tech Bro©️ but these are immensely helpful if you have back problems like me (herniated disk/sciatica) and need constant movement or need to stand upright throughout the day. it’s been super helpful for managing pain and keeping me a bit more “locked in” so to speak
mine is from west elm and it’s a nice mid century wooden one

no stools i hate stools !! chairs are so comfy and cozy and i can sit criss cross applesauce on my chair but stools :( stools i have to sit properly and i have to either slouch or keep my back straight. lets keep chairs going in 2024
