I am a lover to my core. Friendly platonic love, sensual soft love, the lot. Just watched All of Us Strangers, and my take away was: we should all revel in that kind of vulnerability. The suffering will come regardless :P
i don't limit love to just a romantic partner. I have a queer platonic life partner (long word for my best friend) whom I love muchly. I have many people I love in different capacities, but no one in particular currently that I share a romantic love with!
I keep my heart open to allowing love to meet us where we're at, to which capacity it evolves to
love people regardless of what they are to you; friend, lover, spouse. i feel that these labels are often functions of transaction and possession. love people as you should in the forms it takes naturally. let them be and let them be with you. know that you own nothing but your heart that loves them
