feels like such a timeless album. iāve returned to it so many times purely because of how unapologetic it is in terms of its angst and unconventional, āhomemadeā sound. escape in an album. amazing musical storytelling both in its creation of an aural landscape and in straightforward exposition.
the last album in the lo-fi trilogy, this album reminds me of springtime. it has a lot of cool tracks like a waltz, a song inspired by bossa nova, and much more cool stuff that they did in the other albums from the lo-fi era. my standouts from the album are āLittle Birdā, āBe Here In The Mornināā, āBusy Doin' Nothināā, and āBe Stillā
