She writes precisely 144 word essays and I adore that. I love a seemingly arbitrary word count or restriction. Love love love. She also writes longer form essays for paid subscribers too (however I’m broke and i am actually there for the 144 word ones)
It takes me a long time to get round to writing anything but I've got another draft in the works which is about the weird emptiness and ecstasy of summer which will be out sooooon. Btw this ask finally got me to name this newsletter because I've had this phrase circling in my head all weekend and I think it's a perfect fit
