totally slept on fruit. put it in a pie, eat it when it’s nearly rotten, crunch into some like theyre an apple, it’s a jelly, it’s a solid, its fall/winter feelings in your mouth. they also feel so ancient, is this time traveling to the 13th century?

season 1 of true detective

Matthew McConaughey as Rust Cohle <3 okay but besides him, the whole season is very evocative of Mindhunter (which i would also rec) and Ethel Cain’s “Preacher’s Daughter." it’s a perfect show and i just finished it and i'm heart broken
