But in a different way than high school. The socializing is difficult in the beginning because you’re meeting so many new people, and there isn’t anyone you’re comfortable with yet, so you have to be spending a lot of energy. It’s not a bad thing, it’s quite fun, just veeeery exhausting. Be prepared :)

For me uni was so different from any earlier education. People are way less close than in school (unless you will make effort to do so), are various ages, drop out, have their own life to care about. You will be more on your own than before. But there will be some small groups of friends forming - some will be party/drinking, some will not. Some will share your ideas/lifestyle and you will naturally be drawn to them. It just kinda happens on its own!
And I highly recommended joining clubs and activities you find interesting - those are my most memorable things from uni!

My dentist told me this because my jaw is super tight and aches throughout the day. If it aches in the morning, it means you grind at night. throughout the day means you hold tension there. Longterm solution is to reduce the stress in your life (you can try breathing exercises?), but short term you can suck on any candy (though preferablh sugar free) because it prevents you from clenching your jaw. Definitely no gum at all. Hope this helps :)
