Free bird: live at oakland 1977

It’s a tense night for some (5 Nov) and I offer this glimpse of a legendary live music performance from Lynyrd Skynyrd. The energy from the audience feeds the band and the performance is in top form. The kids are HAPPY. Things kick off after 6min or so when the tempo revs up and energy levels kick into high gear. Epic. Enjoy.

I like setting the rice cooker while I get ready for the day, it’s like a timer for my routine. Sometimes I’ll make an egg to go on top, but usually I just mix the rice with a packet of instant miso soup and some hot water to make a savory porridge/ochazuke.
