onigiri
its super cheap and super easy to make. make rice, mix with a little bit of vinegar and maple syrup (or honey) get a thing of tuna. drain the can. mash in a bowl with mayo and soy sauce take some plastic wrap and put it on a plate dump half of the rice on the plate and put tuna in the middle of the rice put the rest of the rice on top wrap the whole thing up with the plastic wrap and bang it into a triangle shape unwrap and add sesame seeds and seaweed flakes tadaaa!

onigiri with furikake
i am absolutely lazy with making packed lunch so usually i make rice, put some furikake (could be salmon, or anything really) some seaweed, a bit of salt and wrap it in some cling film. not exactly the most balanced meal but throw some hard boiled eggs and some fruit you got yourself a quick and heathy lunch. but sometimes i usually just put the onigiri in my bag and eat it whenever lol. no need for a lunchbox.

I JUST MADE THE EASIEST AND YUMMIEST SPICY TUNA BOWL
the picture isn’t the most appealing but just combine: as much instant rice as you want a can of tuna (add mayo and siracha) one sheet of seaweed half an avacado
so simple to make and it’s quick!

literally dont even need a recipe, just throw in some garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, fry up, top w scallions BAM eat with some sort of spicy tofu WOOP and maybe even some kimchi DOUBLE WHAM
easy healthy delicious cheap !
