I mean, the romanticism of finding a wine made in New York by a French woman (pascaline) in champagne, I couldnāt resist. for all the warning by the somm about how this was āreally natural,ā I thought it was refined, bright, and intriguing in the way that most wines made by interesting people are. I think I remember it tasting like raspberries, pink lady apples, lemon, and basil. Tart, a bit yeasty and wild, floral and aromatic, yet still deeply serious and delicious. jacky marteau lulu sauv blanc sweet & slightly dry. i dont usually fuck with white wine but this was so perfect. definitely a potential porch pounder jutta ambrositch rakete none of those words are in the bible but this reddish-pinkish wine is pretty good. it wasnāt like my favorite of all time but it was the perfect light red wine to go in between the first & last wine in the flight fuso x denny bini spuma! tart red wine that was chilled & so good. kinda sweet but mostly like apple-y tart
bear with me bc it has The Worst branding iāve ever seen. its label looks like some terrible ad for a nightclub on the side of a bus. and itās called pee deluxeā¦ā¦ā¦ cmon. but anyway it is my favourite wine of all time ever it is so scrummy & delicious. quite sweet, so not 4 every1 but wOW. tastes like sticky date pudding!!!!!!!
