🧠I get sad every time I lose a precious neural connection to the absolute most useless information!! So I love when people keep useless stuff to themselves, or keep me out of the loop when discussing things they know idgaf about. I don't get fomo, or rather, I get fomo knowing that certain brain connections that could have been used for other things are being wasted on absolute junk I'm retaining over the years 😭

📲my brain has developed in such a way that i do not retain information and instead focus on remembering techniques and procedures and knowing how to store and search efficiently for the information i use. i sell this to people as arguing i have an advanced mind. i dont do mental math. i dont know when meetings are. i dont know when my last period was. i can find out though

⁉️if the Spanish language got one thing right, it’s inverted question/exclamation marks. ¡They are perfect and tell you what to expect from a sentence! I think all languages should adopt them.

💌I need to take my own advice… I will often meet people and the lovely things about them stick out to me — be it their laugh, the way they wear their hair, maybe a particular piece of clothing — and I really want to compliment them but the words are like peanut butter in my mouth and I can’t spit it out! I mean every now and again I remember a compliment I’ve gotten and am all 🤭 over it. I need to put that good energy back into the world!!!
