I love abbas kiarostami’s films. he really captures the beauty in storytelling and filmmaking. my favourites are close-up and taste of cherry. mubi has some of his work. he’s incredible.
Kiarostami’s 1990 kinda doc kinda fiction exploration of filmmaking ethics, artistic desire, reasonable fraudulence, economic disparity and a whole lot else.

These are my two fav apps. One is a plant identifier and it costs 20$ a year but I use it all the time. The other recognizes bird calls and it’s free cuz it’s run by Cornell and u help them with bird data.
My old neighbor hot wired the washing machine in my buildings laundry room 10 years ago so instead of paying 2$ I just tap two wires together 8 times. Havent paid for laundry since.
