whenever i feel a sick feeling coming on i like to chop up lots of fresh ginger and boil it in some water for about 10-15 minutes to make a rlly strong ginger tea. it's usually super spicy but a few cups of that, maybe a lil honey and lemon, throughout the day should do wonders :)

Heat up water and just throw some (a lot of) raw ginger in. Add lemon squeeze. Feels back to nature or something.

it's 3am and i woke up with a stuffy nose and a sore throat. so i went and made myself a nice, warm cup of peppermint tea. i also put a little bit of honey. i'm breathing in the steam as we speak and i already feel better
