Sometimes you get home from a long day and your bathroom break is the first alone time you’ve gotten and you just gotta soak that time in to take a sec and do some breathing.
I’ve also found the bathroom is an GREAT focus spot- I have taken a midterm on the toilet and I crushed it bc none distractions, just me and the plumbing
It’s important to note that doing this frequently is probably really bad for you bc of the sitting on a hard surface and also most people who have lived with me find this kind of annoying but I’ve gotten better at taking toilet time at less inconvenient times and I don’t do it often, sometimes the stars align though and the toilet time really hits
