I got firework ember on my jacket on NYE and it burned a whole through the nylon. I got a bunch of adhesive nylon patches for like $10 and now its as good as new. Now when I watch my friends shoot off fireworks I only have to be afraid for their and my safety, not my jacket's.

I didn’t thrift this myself, but the week after Christmas I got this text and it warmed my heart so much to know my friends were thinking of me when they found this incredible jacket. Now I have a sick jacket and a vintage western JC Penney reminder that the people around me care and pay attention to my tastes!

I liked finding out that this is a word/thing cuz I totally relate. I just love (going to or hosting) events (apartment housewarmings, dj sets, dinners, breakfasts, movie nights, whatever it may be..). if it's a thing that's happening and I'm with/inviting friends, it's An Event idc!

By just having some time to myself to smoke a j alone and vibe in my room. Have not done this in years, didn’t smoke for a while either (classic reasons, anxiety etc) but it’s been fun to see myself as more grown up since I last did this. kind of feels like convening with a past self and being like - yes life is weird but that means that anything goes and that’s great, I’m having fun 🫶🤷♀️
