A collection of short fictional stories. I can't put it down. The ending of each story begs you to take a moment to soak it in before moving to the next.
A very short story, a poem from a collection, a short chapter from a novel, a review of something you love, something small that will focus your eyes and invite your mind to wake, that you can then finish, put down, and move along.
The great improv trope. To always leave room for new ideas, even if you’re not sure. Isn’t that what life’s all about? Creating delight out of whatever mix you’re in.
Every time I unlock my phone, I unintentionally go down a rabbit hole of apps & notifications, forgetting why I picked it up in the first place.
I’m today years old learning that I can access spotlight search on my phone’s lock-screen (which means i can access apps and call people without actually having to unlock my phone)
- STEP 1: Swipe down while on your lock screen
- STEP 2: Type name of app you want to open or enter contact name
I’m lazy but I also like to have my files organized. Whether it’s notes, photos, or drafts of projects I’m working on. Labeling my stuff with this date format let’s me create files and put them wherever with minimal effort, and I can easily recall stuff by just sorting them by name. And I don’t have to rely on a janky filter like “created by” “ modified by” etc.

Bonus tip: my friend likes to simplify it even further, he prefers YYMMDD (240316). Typically we steer clear from dots (24.03.16) or dashes (24-03-16) for formatting/compatibility issues when moving/sharing files around.
