This week I got into Celebrity book club with Steven and Lily bc my sister is always talking about her celebrity book club pod that she loves so much. I was hooting and hollering they are so funny β¦ come to find out she listens to a DIFFERENT celebrity MEMOIR book club pod hosted by Claire and Ashley.. any way I have now listened to both and they are both totally delightful and brainless which I love. I have personally decided that podcasts are for fun and not for learning . so if u have a similar philosophy I highly recommend. just pick random ones based on the celeb, but I have to shout out the judge judy episode of the steven&lily pod as one that had me absolutely crying laughing honking
w Steven and Lily. Each episode is about a single book but they digress from it to discuss trends, sexual politics, fashion, food, the time weβre in, etc. Always a good time
just went to my first one on zoom today and i feel so warm and fuzzy. its nice to talk with people who share similar experiences an struggles and collectively care and support each other <3
