Game changer for me. I’ve tried sleeping on another pillow a few times since and nothing else will do! I have terrible sleep posture and this helps make sure I don’t wake up with needless neck pain
prefacing this with the fact I’m a back and side sleeper and have neck issues But the cervical neck pillow is a game changer. I have one from core products . They look silly and pillowcases fit a little weird but I still like mine

Investing in pillows has changed my life! Turns out it’s not worth it to end your night and start your day with a broken neck bc you slept on a $10 ikea sack that has 1 feather and 1 cotton ball inside.
