i love smiling at random people i make eye contact. i feel like a flirty little character in a b movie from like 2004 and i love it. maybe some people think it's creepy and like off-putting but i wouldn't be mad at that either.
friends, family, strangers, cashiers, whoever it may be, smiling at people is so fun and cool! maybe it is just because I am a beautiful lady (that is sarcastic it is not meant to come off as vain) but I find whenever I smile at someone, they smile back, and now two people are smiling! smiling has even been proven to make you happier. my source? just trust me 🙏. I kind of see it as an acknowledgement, like I am human and you are human and we are both here and we are both living and alive and I see you! and maybe you see me! who knows, you may even make someone’s day just a little bit better :)
