Every year I dread the winter/spring transition thatโs forces my overly pale, overly overweigh, winter body to suddenly have to sport short-shorts and spaghetti straps. Self tanner and long private bike rides in the sun add a bit of ease to this otherwise embarrassing time of year.

When shopping irl, online, new, used or vintage - first things first - I check the garment for labels outlining itโs fibre content. Wearing natural materials make me feel luxurious. And I recently learnt that if even a small percentage of synthetic material - like elastin for example - is blended into an otherwise natural fabric, the garment will not be able to biodegrade โน๏ธ โฆ of course, if the item i am contemplating is second hand and extremely special and cool, all labels and suspicious materials can be overlooked.
