I watched Kaili Blues in high school with a tinder date we were drinking straight vodka and falling asleep on a friend of hers' couch. This is by the same director and I liked it much more. It was beautiful to look at and the story was very sweet even though sometimes it could be terrifying.
rewind and play, passages, ida, daughters of the dust, force majeure, fallen leaves, aftersun, close, in the mood for love, portrait of a lady on fire, ok i think that is enough recs?
i think everybody hates small talk, but everybody is also very different from each other, I guess itβs a matter of being understanding with the person or people youβre talking to at the moment. But I do think that personal questions and talking about real life experiences is what gets conversations going, itβs also what makes you remember people and want to reconnect with them. when talking to somebody new thereβs nothing better to a first impression than someone who engages and listens. We get what we give so might as well give as much as we can.
