my grandmother was VERY spiritual and she would pray for the dead every day multiple times a day. being that i grew up in the same house she lived in all that energy was still there well into my youth. I'm an only child and so the only social interaction I tended to get was from all the spirits in the house. oftentimes they were past family members that i never met. whenever asked I'd tell my family exactly who i was talking to. one day after realizing all the names were of relatives my grandmother brought out a photo album and i allegedly pointed out everyone correctly. there's tons more stories from my childhood but yeah i used to play with ghosts since i didnt have other friends

I used to try so hard to reinvent myself and it drove me absolutely crazy trying to be something that I wasn't. Just be open to new experiences and people and push yourself out of your comfort zone a little after you leave. Both leaving the place that you've been comfortable in and gradating high school are big changes and they will already kickstart the process of finding yourself. If you're open to it, you'll absolutely find yourself even if you don't realize it in the moment. You've got this!
