If you don’t do it already… try it. it is a really big change of perspective on an activity you otherwise don’t think really about.. and not to mention the exploration of your corporality (is that A word?) and disrupting the monotonous, confined space with your movements.
It is an experience, for sure. You sit down, let the water fall from really high above, like rain, maybe even shampoo while sitting down… be sure the floor is clean.
