Strange to say, but I used to read a lot of gyaru magazines such as Egg and late 2000s Popteen when I was younger. It's what my sisters loved to read, so I consumed them religiously even though I didn't adopt any of those styles. I still love them for their aesthetics. It just amazes me for some reason, like reminiscing about the old times. Think i still have them on my old shelves lol

My new favorite hobby is scouring eBay for the best prices of Nylon Magazine issues circa 2006-2010, their golden years in my opinion. I used to have carefully organized piles of magazines in my childhood closet. I had Teen Vogue from 2003-2011, many Elle Girl issues, and Nylon of course. However, they had to get thrown out during a move and I need them back. Thankfully, my adult self can course correct and will hold on to these precious timestamps of inspiration.

often forgotten about. I checked this out of my local public library in high school in the 90s and ripped out a bunch of photos to plaster my walls with (sorry woodland hills pl I owe you one). finally bought a copy as an adult. great resource for 90s fashion and not fashion photography.

I love looking at old magazines and photos of celebrities and singers from the 50s and 70s. I love remembering the forgotten.

Just what i did today: drunk, threw up, still drunk, sat down and read for 2 hours, lazerbeam focus & then the next thing ik i was sober. Highly recommended you can read anything you want an academic paper a novel a short story a poem a comic book etc. ..
