If they're in the room, they're qualified. I just want to know whether we'd both be to happy to spend a significant part of the foreseeable future working together... I also think it's important to understand the answer to that question from both sides so invite their questions. Understand how they think and what their values are based on what they ask. asking questions

I love asking questions! When I'm trying to get to know someone, I make an effort to be intentional in our conversations. I love getting to know someone and finding things we both relate to!! It gets hard when the conversation becomes one sided because I feel like I'm putting in effort that is not reciprocated... I love when people ask Me questions!! As long as the questions are not overstepping boundaries, I think it's important to put an effort into the relationships you're trying to cultivate :) 🛣️

ASK QUESTIONS

I would ask them how there day was or what’s going on with their lives. maybe entertain them too, make the conversations lively
